How do I order?
Add drinks to your cart from the shop, review your total, then check out. Every drink is made after you order.
Can I change sweetness or ice?
Yes. Tell us your sweetness and ice level when you order: regular, less, half or none.
Do the drinks contain caffeine?
Matcha and tea drinks do. Fruit coolers are made without tea. Ask us if you want a caffeine-free option.
What about allergens and dietary needs?
Our milk drinks contain dairy, and our kitchen handles several ingredients. If you have an allergy, tell us before ordering so we can advise you.
How long should I wait before drinking?
Drink within 30 minutes for the best taste. Ice melts and pearls firm up as they sit.
Do you take party or bulk orders?
Yes. Contact us at least 48 hours ahead with your date, number of cups and flavours.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us within 2 hours with a photo. Read the Return & Refund Policy for the details.
