PureTea started with a simple idea: iced tea should taste like the ingredients it is made from. No shortcuts, no overly sweet syrups, just fresh fruit, good tea and a lot of ice.
Today our menu spans citrus refreshers, creamy boba milk tea and layered matcha drinks, each designed to turn an ordinary moment into a small treat.

We choose teas, matcha and fruit for flavour first, then build each recipe around them.
Prepare
Tea is brewed, matcha is whisked and pearls are cooked in small batches.
Layer
Each drink is assembled by hand, from the heaviest layer to the lightest.
Serve
Poured over plenty of ice and handed over cold, ready to enjoy.
