Pickup
You can collect your order from our counter. We will tell you when it is ready, and we recommend drinking it within 30 minutes.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 30 to 60 minutes of being placed. Busy hours, weather and traffic can add time, and we will update you if there is a delay.

Packaging
Drinks are sealed and carried upright to reduce spills. Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if something is wrong.
Missed deliveries
Please keep your phone nearby. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be cancelled and cannot be refunded because the drink has been made.
