Our drinks are fresh and perishable, so opened items cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong item

Email hello@puretea.in within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

Unopened tins and jars

Can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refund timing

Approved refunds reach your original payment method in 5 to 7 working days.
